Referral from your vet
We ask that you ensure that your vet is happy to refer to us for treatment by having them fill in a referral form and returning it to us.
Once the referral form has been completed and returned, we can arrange your appointment.
We are currently working in line with government guidelines and the advise of the NAVP and AHPR regarding practice, therefore we are not currently accepting maintenance or fitness cases.
In order to continue to provide treatments, strict measures will be in place including mask wearing, social distancing at 2 metres where possible, and upkeeping strict hand washing and disinfectant procedures.
Please ensure to inform us if you or anyone in your household is isolating, has an symptoms or has tested positive prior to your appointment.
All veterinary physiotherapists are required to obtain consent for treatment following examination and referral from your veterinarian, as stated in an Exemption Order to the Veterinary Surgeons Act (1966). This consent ensures that your animal is treated under the advice and support of your vet, and under the care of qualified professionals.
Simply send the form over to your vet for them to fill out and return to us.
We offer free mobile travel up to 20 miles from our base (Tarporley, Cheshire) to bring our services directly to you.
For additional mileage over this, there is a charge of £1/mile to allow for additional travel costs. This does not apply for multiple animal bookings.
Cash and major credit/debit cards are accepted.
Payment will be required at the time of the appointment.
Please check if physiotherapy is covered by your insurance company (usually "complementary treatments" or "alternative therapies"), and bring along a printed claim form.
Please note that you will be required to pay at the time of the appointment and claim back the funds from your insurance company separately.
